Night-Vision Goggles Help Troy Police Nab Burglar

It sounds like something out of CSI, using night-vision equipment to nab a burglar; and Troy police say it may have worked.
Under arrest is 48-year-old Clay Rhodes of Washington Street. Police say he was found early Friday morning wandering around the Hillside area of town. That area has seen a string of burglaries over the past few months.
Police used night-vision goggles to track him after he ran away from them. He was found to have a flashlight, screwdriver, scissors and gloves with him at the time.
He also has a history of burglarizing homes. He has not yet charged with any of those break-ins.
